Module One - Know Him

The purpose of this module is to assist us with definitions, clarifications, and processes. The student will receive instruction in what lay ministry is, how it is practiced, his/her place in that ministry, and how that place is attained. The process will be prescribed, and placement will be made for individuals.
Module Four - Empower It
The purpose of this module is to explore the areas of mission and evangelism.
Mission
The students will define mission, examine roadblocks along with solutions, and develop a mission program specific to their area.
Evangelism
The student will look to the source of evangelism, address four questions for doctrinally sound program and then design a program for their specific community.
Module Five - Lead It

The purpose of this module is:
The student will investigate their leadership style and its relationship to their call. They will learn about servant leadership and how it shapes their style. The student will be equipped with an understanding of administration and a method to manage business/paperwork for church.
Module Eight - Order It
The purpose of this module is to learn about and develop an understanding of the United Methodist History, Doctrine, and Polity.
The purpose of this module is:
- Who is God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.
- We will explore what a relationship is.
- We will learn who we are in Christ and hot to live in relationship with the Trinity.
The purpose of this module is:
- How do we work out our salvation in fear and trembling? (How do we live out discipleship/sanctification?)
- Will understand our equipment and how we put it to work in our walk.
- We will learn how we might disciple or offer encouragement to those in our purview.

Module Five - Lead It
The purpose of this module:.
- Student will learn and implement the forms used in worship.
- The student will learn the purpose of each (i.e., basic pattern, special as in Advent, and sacraments as in baptism).
- The student will gain an understanding of preaching itself and the various methods available.
- The student will discover what fits them and begin to master their specific style.
The purpose of this module is:
- To equip the student with a working knowledge of the scope and sequence of the Word of God.
- To enable the student to utilize a standard method to study the Word.
- To empower the student to become a disciple of Jesus Christ by the application of the principles gleaned.
- To enable to share the Word through teaching opportunities to grow disciples.
